They gave us a competative quote and the work was done well and on time. Last weekend during a “1000 Year” rain we had a small leak near our chimney. Burgin sent someone out within a couple of days. He inspected our whole roof and resealed the chimney flashing at no charge. He noted our chimney cap is in poor shape and recommended we call a reputable chimney sweep to have it replaced. Great. Mr. Burgin came out day after my call for assessment. Within two days I received a very Professional Estimate in the mail, binder form and color printed pages. I also obtained two other roofers quotes and chose to use Burgin due to the professional proposal, other good reports about Burgin on Angies list and cost. In addition, his quote gave lifetime warranty, which is also transferrable to new owner if I sell my home. He quoted the top line of GAF shingles and all other top of the line GAF products. His supervisor Chuck Metts showed up with the crew early every morning and was on the job all day. All in all, did a great job and would hire again.

The job supervisor remained on site during the entire time, something that I really appreciated. He was available to answer any questions and ensured that everything went smoothly, from the delivery of materials to clean up upon completion. The crew took extra care to protect shrubbery and air conditioning units as well as using a magnetic roller to pick up any nails before leaving. I was very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The fact that Burgin Roofing informed us that our 20-year old roof appeared to be showing wind damage and might be covered by our homeowners insurance — when other estimators did not — was the reason we hired them in the first place. Every other aspect of our interaction with Burgin continued to exceed our expectations. The crew was extremely professional, arriving exactly when scheduled and carefully cleaning up each day. When a falling ladder caused a small scratch on a window, project manager quickly arranged and paid for Ace Glass to come out and repair it. The only possible criticism, and it is a small one, was that there was a long waiting list for service and we had to wait 4 months for them to get to us. This was not a problem since we were not yet experiencing any leaks. I expect that a situation with an existing leak could be scheduled much faster. All in all, we could not have been more pleased with Burgin Roofing, and we whole heartedly recommend them to anyone need roofing services.

Burgin was EXCELLENT! They came out to give an estimate the same week I called. I had some shingles sliding off and a worrisome dip in the roof line against the chimney. He was knowledgeable and patient with this explanation and quoted an extremely reasonable price that included replacing my kitchen vent cover (because it had been installed incorrectly) and the rest of the vent caps on the roof (ditto). He even used a drone to take pictures so he could instruct his workers on exactly what needed doing. They came out a few weeks later to do the work and said it might take a couple of hours. When repairing the dip near the chimney, they found extensive water damage, not only to the board, but to the studs underneath as well. They took all day, fixed EVERYTHING, and didn’t change the price one bit! It was amazing. They did so much more than they were contracted for, but when I asked what the price increase would be for the extended repairs, they said, “Nothing. We quoted you and that’s what you’ll pay.” I was very impressed with both the quality of the work and the integrity of the company. Call them.

A great experience. Job was finished in two days. Any concerns or problems were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. Clean-up was done well. And the price was much less than we paid last time…20 years ago!

About six people came to do the job. Architectural roof -one of the best. They took old shingles off and replaced it with new ones. It took the about a day and half to complete the job. They were professional had everything organized. The workers worked well together. They cleaned very well. They did a professional job. I was very satisfied with them.

Every aspect of this work from our initial contact and estimate through the final clean up and administration was performed in a most professional manner. Schedules, plans and promises were kept to the letter throughout. Customer wishes were met and customer property was respected and protected. Required material arrived on time. Workers stayed on task and were not interrupted by personal cell phones or boom boxes. Special care was taken to assure proper repair and installation of the new roof. Everything was cleaned up and put away at the end of the first day. A very thorough clean up was accomplished at the end of the job (second day). Post installation follow-up was conducted to assure satisfaction. All-in-all a superb seldom-found top quality job.
